Respect is a two-way street

As the boss, you expect to be treated with respect, but this shouldn’t be a one-way street. As a manager, you must also show your employees the respect they deserve. It also means ensuring that you provide them with the support they need, and the safe and inspirational working environment they need to succeed. It’s well-documented that if you enjoy your job, you’re going to make more of an effort.
